Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Salesman Hyundai Aceh 2026 Banda Aceh TerbaruJob Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Marine, Shipping, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors across Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asia region.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with ship owners, vessel operators, oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, marine service providers, and government-linked entities.
- Develop and implement business development and market entry strategies aligned with company objectives, regional growth plans, and industry trends.
- Actively source and manage tenders, RFQs, and commercial opportunities, including preparation, review, and submission of proposals in collaboration with technical, operations, and finance teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation, and deal closures while ensuring profitability, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, pricing trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, forecasting revenues and tracking performance against agreed targets.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth handover and effective service delivery post-award.
- Identify and develop strategic alliances, local partners, and agents to strengthen market presence and expand service offerings.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Provide regular business development reports, market insights, and performance updates to management.
- Support senior management in strategic planning, regional expansion initiatives, and new service line development.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and ethical business practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the Marine, Shipping, Offshore, and Oil & Gas / Oilfield Services industry.
- Demonstrated strong industry network and established relationships with ship owners, vessel operators, oil & gas operators, port authorities, and marine service providers within the Indonesian market.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value contracts, tenders, and long-term service agreements in marine, shipping, or oil & gas sectors.
- Solid understanding of marine and offshore operations, including vessel chartering, offshore logistics, port operations, shipping services, and oilfield support activities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop pricing strategies, assess commercial risks, and drive profitable growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Highly results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of identifying market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and regionally as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- High level of professional integrity, compliance awareness, and adherence to ethical business practices.
