INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). What you will do, but not limited to:
- Assist in product configuration (SKU setup, supplier mapping, basic pricing updates).
- Support supplier and merchant onboarding by helping prepare integration parameters (API keys, endpoints, callbacks, test transactions).
- Perform basic product health checks (stock availability, transaction success rate, API response status).
- Help investigate simple transaction/API issues and escalate findings to the relevant team.
- Assist with finance reconciliation tasks (e.g., validating transaction logs vs supplier reports).
- Document processes, FAQs, and step-by-step guides for onboarding and operations.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure API flows are tested and documented.Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of API concepts (request/response, status codes, JSON).
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.
- Available for 6 (six) months internship program period
Nice-to-Have
- Experience using Postman/Swagger for simple API testing (can be from coursework/projects).
- Familiarity with dashboards or monitoring tools (Superset, Looker, Grafana) is a plus.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital goods, or API-driven platforms.
