Jakarta (On-site, Full-time)Viction.id is looking for young, driven talents to become the spearhead of our sales team. This is not just theory — you will gain real, hands-on experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with a fast, solid, and target-driven team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to new prospects through cold calls, emails, DMs, or direct networking
- Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals
- Schedule and lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Handle client communication with professionalism and solution-oriented approach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
- Prepare regular reports on prospect pipelines and pitching results
Qualifications:
- Based in Jakarta or nearby areas (mandatory)
- Communicative, confident, and has a strong hunter mindset
- Understands basic marketing and keeps up with digital marketing trends
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Final-year students or graduates in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome — eagerness to learn and resilience are highly valued
