PT Victory International Futures (VIFX) – Jakarta Kuningan Branch is seeking dedicated professionals with a genuine interest in the trading and financial services industry.
As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO), you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients—helping them understand trading products and services, providing relevant education, and building long-term partnerships. This role offers hands-on exposure to global market dynamics and professional trading service practices.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain trading products and services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, accurately, and effectively.
- Provide client education and service recommendations in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets ethically and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or trading is an advantage.
- Service-oriented, solution-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Based in Jakarta (applications from candidates planning to relocate will not be considered).
- Willing to work full-time and on-site in Jakarta.
