HR Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development and performance management areas.
- Have professional work experience related to corporate university and/or corporate training centre management.
- Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Main Job Description:
- Human resource planning and its activities.
- Competency mapping and analysing.
- Develop, implement and assess competency development through learning strategies and training programs.
- Assist and facilitate in learning centre development plan.
- Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates (related to human resource activities).
- Managing HR administrative works.
