Position: Front Office/Reservation Staff
Location: Sanur, Bali

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations and bookings through various OTA platforms, including Little Hotelier and booking.com
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office or reservation roles
- Proficiency in Little Hotelier, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive
