We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to generate leads and identify potential companies for partnership and growth. A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation is required, preferably within the Australian market.

Your Roles & Key Responsibilities
- List Building (Researching and Identifying potential customers)
- Outreach (Personalized email, Linkedin, SMS and calls)
- Content Creation (visual design, social media content, etc)
- Engage & improvise (responsiveness & reflect)
- Monitoring Conversion Rates (progress of client’s experience)
- Providing Insights and Improvement Plans
The level of commitment we seek is:
- Australian working hours and holidays.
- Available to work from 9 am to 5 pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday.
