Camu Organics is a natural skincare brand that focuses on clean, effective, and sustainable beauty. Our mission is to inspire people to love and protect their skin through simple and organic routines.Position Overview
We are looking for a Partnership Manager who is passionate about connecting with people and building meaningful collaborations. You’ll be the bridge between Camu Organics and our partners — including venues, communities, influencers, and wellness brands across Bali.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, communities, and event partners.
- Research, contact, and manage collaborations with influencers (KOLs).
- Develop partnership strategies and activations aligned with the brand identity.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful joint content and campaigns.
- Manage communication, deliverables, and performance reports for each partnership.
- Explore opportunities for sponsorship or brand collaborations within the wellness and eco community.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable being in public and representing the brand professionally.
- Good communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to work proactively.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- Experience in marketing, PR, or partnership roles is a plus.
