Qualifications :
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- 3 - 5 years in a similar position
- Proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Experience working with data and creating sales pipeline
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in data management and reporting
- Ability to develop and maintain CRM processes and workflows
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Location
Work from home, preferably based in Indonesia
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rp8,000,000.00 per month
