BAT Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Sensory Panel Leader in Malang

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive and coordinate sensory activities at the Indonesia site, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
- Maintain local panels, upholding high standards and full adherence to all internal processes.
- Ensure the quality of data and interpret it effectively within the context of project objectives.
- Improve sensory work by proactively seeking out and implementing practical solutions and digital tools.
- Manage daily sensory activities and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver key project insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Factory) and external laboratories.
What are we looking for?What we offer you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant major in a scientific field.
- Familiar with setting up and maintaining a sensory panel and delivering an annual insights program.
- Basic knowledge of sensory science, including various descriptive (DQA, Spectrum) and discriminative (DUO-Trio, Triangle) testing methodologies.
- Project management experience, familiarity with digital and data science (e.g., multivariate analysis, programming in R Statistics) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data in both English and the local language.
- Creative, dynamic, and resilient, with a strong focus on project management and data analysis.
- Capable of managing knowledge and building effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Experience with Consumer Understanding and Sensory networks is also a plus.
