Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Finance Admin Paid Internship Sleman TerbaruYour primary responsibility will be to assist with administrative and financial tasks at Tamtech International, a dynamic IT consulting and softwarehouse startup in Yogyakarta. As an Admin & Finance Intern, your role is to support the finance and administration team in maintaining accurate financial records, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide essential support across various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Support the finance team in budget tracking, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing.
- Help coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and financial summaries.
Qualifications:
- Final year student pursuing a degree in Economy, Accounting, Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta during the internship period.
