Location: Remote (Company based in the UK)
Work Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (occasionally 10am to 6pm), with additional weekend work required

Position Overview:
As a Reservations and Customer Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our platform. You will be responsible for managing guest bookings, providing unparalleled customer support, and driving revenue growth by acquiring new customer accounts. Additionally, you will oversee the channel manager to ensure optimal performance across all distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest bookings and ensure seamless reservations process.
- Provide prompt and personalised support to guests, addressing enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to guests.
- Actively seek out new customer accounts to expand our platform's reach and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining customers.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the channel manager to maximize visibility and bookings across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, and sales required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with channel management software and online booking platforms is a must
- Excellent English language skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rp10,000,000 per month
Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
