We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand and product development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to establish a strong market presence.
- Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs in the skincare, lifestyle, and beauty industries.
- Oversee branding activities, including packaging design, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the brands online and offline presence to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years in Beauty Industry
- Proven experience in brand management within the skincare, lifestyle, or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the Beauty and Skincare Industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- - Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
