- Educational Background:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields from a reputable university. A Master’s degree (MBA) will be considered an advantage.
- Professional Experience:
Possesses 3–5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership or managerial position, preferably within a fast-paced commercial environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business performance toward organizational goals.
- Strategic & Leadership Skills:
Exhibits strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, market analysis, and decision-making. Proven track record in setting direction, developing strategies, and implementing action plans that result in measurable business growth.
- Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the two-wheeler (motorcycle) automotive industry, including market dynamics, distribution networks, dealer management, sales operations, and customer behavior within the sector.
- Leadership & People Management:
Skilled in building, motivating, and guiding teams toward achieving sales and operational excellence. Demonstrates effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability & Mobility:
Willing to be placed in the Palembang Area and able to adapt to a dynamic, field-oriented work environment that requires close interaction with dealers, customers, and regional partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Palembang: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
- Automotive: 3 years (Preferred)
