Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Front Office Manager Surabaya TerbaruFront Office Manager (FOM) directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for the front office department.
Job Description :

- Manage and train front office staff

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Ensure the front desk is clean and organized

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel setting
