Responsibilities
Your role within the organisation will be mainly working with the Sales and Accounting teams and be in charge of tax compliance for the Indonesian office. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in BSD.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Prepare Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak)
- Prepare monthly submission of tax return (withholding tax, VAT)
- Reconcile general ledger with tax return
- Send out withholding tax slip to vendor
- Support requests for data related to tax audit, financial audit etc.
- Eraeraada 2 kiblate IReconcile general ledger with tax return
- Ensure complete documentation of relevant reporting and other supports regarding tax
- Work on month-end and year-end closing
- Assist with financial audits
- Ad-hoc research, analysis and support decision making

MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Driven and autonomous
NICE TO HAVE
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (taxation, both AP / AR, is a definite plus)
- Solution / Analytical minded
- GAAP experience
- Immediate availability
