Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Staff Electrical Bandung TerbaruJob Summary
The Staff Electrical is responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical control systems and automation processes. This role ensures that all machinery and electrical installations at the Bandung facility operate safely, efficiently, and meet target-oriented production goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- System Design & Programming: Design and develop control logic using PLC Programming (Programmable Logic Controllers) and Smart Relay systems to automate industrial processes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, hardware failures, and software bugs within the control systems to minimize production downtime.
- Hardware Integration: Prototype and implement specialized automation solutions using Arduino and other microcontroller platforms.
- Control Calibration: Configure and calibrate Drive Control and PID Control (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) loops to maintain precise motor speeds and process variables.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical designs, circuit diagrams, and programming code for future reference and compliance.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to achieve technical targets and complete projects under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electricity.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar industrial electrical or automation role.
- Technical Proficiency: * Advanced knowledge of PLC Programming and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Smart Relays, and PID Control.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical technical drawings.
- Personal Attributes: * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Honest, disciplined, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- High loyalty to the company and a commitment to a non-smoking lifestyle.
- Logistics: Must be a resident of Bandung or willing to be stationed at the Bandung Head Office.
