Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Recruitment Intern Jakarta TerbaruJob Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting creation and publication, CV screening, interview scheduling and coordination, and preparation of job offers.
- Manage, update, and maintain the candidate database to ensure data accuracy and proper organization.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding manpower needs and recruitment progress.
- Handle recruitment administration and prepare regular candidate and recruitment reports.
- Actively utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels for candidate sourcing.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (preferably Class of 2025).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work full-time with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Jakarta (hybrid working system).
- Willing to join an unpaid internship program.
