Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Personal Assistant Semarang Terbaru
- 1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a major in Secretarial or Business Administration & Management.
- 2. Fresh graduate or with a minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Secretary – preferably in a corporate setting.
- 3. Excellent driving skills are a must.
- 4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5. Required competencies: Secretarial, Document Management, and Office Administration.
- 6. Good command of English is preferable.
- 7. Can join as soon as possible.
- 8. Placement in Semarang.
Job Descriptions:
- 1. Organizing, preparing, and coordinating schedules for meetings and activities of the CFO Board.
- 2. Planning travel schedules and preparing facilities/resources for Board of Director activities.
- 3. Maintaining the confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities.
- 4. Managing company letters, documents, and invoices in accordance with applicable procedures requiring CFO Board approval, ensuring that all letters/documents are up-to-date.
- 5. Managing the storage of Board of Director meeting minutes for easy retrieval by superiors and ensuring that the minutes are up-to-date.
- 6. Drafting letters, memos, and minutes related to the CFO Board addressed to internal and external parties, to ensure information is understood by all relevant parties.
- 7. Managing Petty Cash to support the needs of CFO Board activities and preparing accurate and periodic reports for superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
Education:
- S1 (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Experience as a Driving Examiner (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
