Work Type: Full Time (6-Month Contract, then Permanent)

- Lead the formulation and implementation of the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.
- Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, investors, and government agencies.
- Lead the senior management team, ensuring effective coordination across divisions.
- Oversee and evaluate the company’s overall performance, making strategic decisions for growth and development.
- Act as the key representative of the company, maintaining a strong reputation and brand image.
- Create and execute the yearly business plan and budget.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum age 45 years.
- Minimum Master's degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 10 years of experience as a CEO in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Food Manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry dynamics.
- Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking to drive business growth.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
