We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to take full operational ownership of our Boutique Hotel, our new property in Uluwatu, Bali. As Hotel Manager, you will be the key figure in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and maintains a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires initiative, structure, and a strong sense of hospitality.

Reporting & Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the hotel owners and provide clear weekly and monthly reports on performance, operations, and guest feedback.
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations across all departments, including front of house, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance.
- Monitor and elevate guest satisfaction, with a strong focus on service quality and review scores.
- Work closely with the owners on strategic improvements and continuous development of the guest experience and hotel concept.

Staff & Operational Management
- Take full responsibility for recruiting, staffing, and scheduling to ensure that the hotel is always well-prepared to welcome guests.
- Lead and support the team with a clear structure, positive attitude, and clear communication.
- Conduct regular team check-ins, performance evaluations, and training to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Set and enforce operational routines and SOPs for smooth and consistent service delivery.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in a boutique or lifestyle hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the ground.
- Fluent in English and experienced working in international and culturally diverse environments.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and guest-oriented mindset.

Start Date: December 2025 (ideally ahead of the official hotel opening).
Location: On-site in Uluwatu, Bali.
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.
