Develops engaging content across platforms like social media, websites, and email newsletters to promote beach club amenities, events, and experiences. Produces visually appealing content such as photos and videos showcasing beach activities, dining options, and entertainment. Collaboration with marketing teams ensures content aligns with brand messaging and goals. Analyzing metrics like engagement and reach helps refine content strategies to drive membership sales and enhance guest experiences. Overall, content creators play a vital role in portraying the beach club as an attractive destination and fostering community engagement.
Core Work Activities:
- Developing and implementing content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conducting research on topics related to the company's products or services to help identify trends or new opportunities for growth.
- Managing social media channels and other forms of electronic communication for the company or organization.
- Writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, e-books, whitepapers, case studies, and other content for websites, blogs, and other channels.
- Creating digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
- Developing and maintaining a website or blog to post company news and product information.
- Producing videos, podcasts, infographics, slide shows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways.
- Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or boosting sales of particular products or services.
- Conducting research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices also digital marketing and technologies to continuously improve content creation skills.
- Developing and maintaining an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.

- Editing and proofreading content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
Key Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Intermediate verbal skills and advanced written skills are required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Personality: Must have a charismatic and cheerful personality to resonate with the beach club's vibe.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in social media trends, best practices, and advertising strategies.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience as a content creator, preferably in the beach club field, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging content and successful ad campaigns.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
