Develops engaging content across platforms like social media, websites, and email newsletters to promote beach club amenities, events, and experiences. Produces visually appealing content such as photos and videos showcasing beach activities, dining options, and entertainment. Collaboration with marketing teams ensures content aligns with brand messaging and goals. Analyzing metrics like engagement and reach helps refine content strategies to drive membership sales and enhance guest experiences. Overall, content creators play a vital role in portraying the beach club as an attractive destination and fostering community engagement.
Core Work Activities:
- Developing and implementing content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conducting research on topics related to the company's products or services to help identify trends or new opportunities for growth.
- Managing social media channels and other forms of electronic communication for the company or organization.
- Writing and editing blog posts, newsletters, e-books, whitepapers, case studies, and other content for websites, blogs, and other channels.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Personality: Must have a charismatic and cheerful personality to resonate with the beach club's vibe.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in social media trends, best practices, and advertising strategies.
