Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Management Coordiator Surabaya TerbaruJob Description: Responsibilities :
- Monitoring individual & Representative officer GWP achievement under her/his supervision by daily, weekly & monthly
- Obtaining UW info from the business partner/costumer when proposing the risk to underwriting including survey if required & monitoring UW approval
- Engaging and communicating effectively with business partners, customers and other internal Department
- Establish and maintain good relationships with business sources, third parties and other business partners, to gather information and updated business in order to strengthen business position in the market.
- Take responsibility for sponsoring and implementing AXA Commitments through specific behaviors as set of principles believed to be the moral guide of conduct, act and decision making
- Demonstrate Compliance Values by ensuring no violations against the letters and the spirit of compliance policies due to intentional conduct and/or negligence and participation in mandatory compliance trainings and certifications as per company determined programs. As People Manager, monitors own team to ensure the required compliant behavior is upheld.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development within agency and general insurance sectors
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and business operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with partners and agents.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Result oriented with attention to detail in business development activities.
- In-depth product knowledge of various insurance offerings.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and hard-working attitude.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- This position will be placed at the Surabaya Office
