Plan, manage, and monitor Human Resource Management activities including HR Services, Industrial Relations, General Affairs, Organizational Development, and People Development. Oversee HR Services activities (compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration) to establish an effective reward system and personnel management within the company. Job Qualifications:
