We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and service-driven Night Auditor to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the resort, ensuring accuracy in daily financial reporting, and providing assistance to guests during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit process and ensure all transactions are balanced and posted correctly
- Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies
- Ensure the safety and security of the resort during night shift
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations
- Monitor early morning wake-up calls, breakfast prep, and transfer schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of front office area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in similar position, preferably in hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) – e.g., VHP, Cloudbeds, or similar
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be based on-site (live-in) at Komodo Resort, Pulau Sebayur

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Labuan Bajo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
