Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Human Resources Staff Malang TerbaruAs a global organisation that growing rapidly, Lingua Learn is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff in Asia to support our HR Department operations in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills to work remotely.
The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week with flexibility to cover our global operations.
The requirements and skills expected of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Candidate must be based in Indonesia
- Strong/Fluent Command of English
- Experience in utilising several job portals (Preferably LinkedIn and Indeed)
- Experience in recruitment specifically in CV screening and interviewing
- Experience in managing databases, employee records, and holding accountability
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office and Google suites
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including contract preparation and orientation
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related topics
