GO! Graduate Marketing
Develop skills and knowledge in selected Marketing area, in order to take on an entry level role within the relevant Marketing area.
About the Role
- Develop knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services and customers by working closely with more experienced managers within the Marketing and Commercial field
- Execute specific Marketing activities as outlined in development plan by the relevant organizational unit (Could vary depending on what area of Marketing organization the role is within)
- Examples of assignments could be: Develop marketing plans and communication plans on a global or local level; Analyze market dynamics and business status; Learn and apply how to prepare value creating offers and build negotiation skills, as well as manage customer relationships; Assist Marketing Managers in development of specific tools and programs.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that facilitate E-Commerce specific activities, e.g. in the areas of assortment, promotions, search, media, content.
- Responsible to extract and analyze data (sales, marketing, digital shelf, social media) to drive our Marketing performance.
- Support in Developing marketing activities to support brand campaigns and to create 360 communications towards the shopper
- being developed within 24 months period to be ready in future position as Marketing Analyst.
