We are a business focused on developing and strengthening online sales channels. Our product range mainly serves the Muslim / Muslimah market, including Muslim-related lifestyle products. We also supply and install carpets for masjids, musollas, and offices.
A good understanding of Muslim culture, habits, and customer preferences will be a strong advantage.
Internship Role
We are seeking fresh graduates with a pleasant personality who are eager to grow with us. This role is not for beginners—candidates must already be conversant with e-commerce platforms and able to execute tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
- Upload, edit, and update product listings periodically
- Assist with online sales activities, promotions, and basic store optimisation
- Handle simple customer enquiries and order coordination
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) to assist with content, listings, and workflow efficiency
- Complete assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
Mandatory Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student
- Already conversant with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and other e-commerce sites
- Hands-on experience with product listing, editing, and basic store operations
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Fluent in English
- Able to speak and write Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia)
- Own reliable laptop with stable internet connection
- Able to work independently with minimal instructions
Added Advantages
- Knowledge of Canva (basic design, banners, product visuals)
- Knowledge of CapCut (simple video editing for product or promo content)
- Understanding of Muslim products and consumer behaviour
