Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual about a sales and marketing career! We are seeking new talent to join our sales team and be part of our growth. Hard-working individuals, driven to grow, and have a desire to make a difference would thrive within this opportunity.About the Program
The Sales Development Program is an accelerated career program for recent graduates who are passionate about sales and marketing in the healthcare industry. During our 6-month intensive program, you will engage in comprehensive training about our organization, participate in purposeful work, and lead initiatives to enhance your creativity skills. As a Rohto Sales Trainee, your journey will begin with functional onboarding to learn about the company’s business operations. This will be followed by working on daily tasks and projects in the Consumer Healthcare Function and gaining practical experience. During our program, you will continuously improve your projects to demonstrate readiness for the next step. Finally, after 6 months, you will be prepared for a role as an Assistant Marketing Supervisor, ready to excel in your career.Requirements
- Fresh Graduate, with a Bachelor’s in any major from a reputable university
- Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00 scale
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Achievement oriented
- Willing to learn, flexible, and work well in a team
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Tech Savvy
