Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Junior Accountant Badung Terbaru
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Transaction Processing: Process accounts payable and receivable, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assisting with Month-End Close: Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Auditing Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and information as requested.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by senior accountants or the accounting manager.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in accounting or a related field especially in the hospitality industry e.g. nightclub/bar.
Skills:
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Jurnal.id, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
