Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Management Trainee Jakarta Terbaru

A 2-3-month-development program dedicated for fresh graduates to be our next coordinator through several times of On The Job Training and In Class Training. This program is designed for 3 functions, Sales, Marketing, and Account Executive

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in any major (preferably majoring in Communications, Economy, Business, or Management).
  • Max. 35 years old.
  • Fresh graduates or max. 2 years of working experiences.
  • Experience in organization is more preferred (min. as leader).
  • Willing to be located in South Jakarta is a MUST.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Description :

  • Formulate innovative marketing plans and sales target to enhance raise awareness, attract new customers, and promote customers loyalty.
  • Plan, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategist to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for the products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Rp2,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month
