Job Description: Call Center Representative – Japan
Our client, a leading contact center service company, is currently seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative with proficiency in Japanese to join their team in Bali. This position is open to Indonesian candidates, ideally with a background in Japanese Literature, and welcomes fresh graduates as well as individuals with 0-5 years of experience. As a crucial member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Japanese-speaking customers
- Provide accurate and timely information, resolving customer issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)
- Indonesian nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Literature or related field is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 0-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
