Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Provide education and orientation to newly joined employees
- Make an evaluation of the effectiveness of training activities
- Become a facilitator of training implementation
- Ensure that all supporting tools for training implementation are available
- Manage employee events so that employee engagement can increase
- Develop and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
- Plan and execute employee engagement events to help teams get along
- Implement talent development strategies to support career growth
- Establish good relationships with all employees
At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered. Professional certification in HR or Training & Development is a plus.
Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
