  • Ensure that all supporting tools for training implementation are available

  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events to help teams get along
  • Implement talent development strategies to support career growth
  • Establish good relationships with all employees
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.

At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered. Professional certification in HR or Training & Development is a plus.

Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
