Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja SAP Supporter Surabaya TerbaruWe are looking for an experienced SAP Supporter to join our global IT team. You will be responsible for providing first-level SAP support across multiple modules, handling incidents and requests via ServiceNow, maintaining system documentation, and assisting in testing and user training activities.
As a part of our ERP operations team, you will ensure the stability and reliability of SAP systems through proactive monitoring, configuration analysis, and collaboration with SAP consultants. This role offers strong career development potential toward becoming a functional consultant.
Requirements:
- Education: Background in economy, sales, logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP Supporter or Consultant.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system is a plus.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks.
- Comfortable working in global teams and cross-cultural environments.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with S/4 HANA, SAP AFS, SAP for Fashion, or Retail processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with SAP user testing (UAT, unit testing).
- Knowledge of system documentation standards and knowledge base upkeep.
