- Performing various clerical and administrative duties related to various operations locations in accordance with the planning schedules and anticipates discrepancies that may arise.
- Supporting the team with data entry and reporting.
- Coordination with field operations at port for clearance process.
- Providing support in import or export activities and documentation, i.e. checking and submission of documents to customs.
We are looking for
- Graduate of any degree
- Knowledge in import and/or export and in freight forwarding or logistics industry will be an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to build good working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurate and detailed working style
- Good working knowledge in MS Office products, preferably intermediate or advanced level in MS Excel
- Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition
- Must be willing to work in our warehouse in Cakung.
