1. Set up incentive programs, including defining targets, payouts, and terms.
2. Manage various incentive types such as bonuses, transport allowances, booking rewards, and streak-based incentives.
3. Regularly monitor and verify the status of incentive payouts.
4. Review and reconcile incentive configurations with approved proposals.
5. Track and update tools to monitor active incentives.
6. Document all incentive programs and processes to ensure compliance and support audits.
7. Resolve operational issues related to incentives, such as errors, delays, or complaints.
8. Record and prioritize issues based on their impact, escalating them when necessary.
9. Collaborate with teams to address issues, inform stakeholders, and implement preventive measures.
10. Maintain trackers for incentive-related issues and updates.
11. Prepare and upload payment files, including details like user IDs, amounts, and accounts for adjustments.
12. Review uploaded payment files for accuracy, ensuring proper descriptions and avoiding duplicates.
13. Extract and manage lists of retired accounts.
14. Process wallet adjustments and submit payment requests to finance.
Minimum requirement (Mandatory) :
1. Min D3 any major
2. Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field/admin finance/admin ops
3. Have Intermediate/Advanced excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel -- proven by Excel test
4. Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
5. Good mathematic skill -- proven by mathematic test
6. Good analytical skill
7. Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English -- proven by English test
8. Able to work within dynamic environment
9. Willing to work in the shifting schedule (attach consent form)
10. Fast response, effective and efficient in working
Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 5.729.876
Night Allowance (If Full) : 300.000 (base on assignment & Approval AM by KPI)
Attendance Allowance (If Full) : 300.000 (base on attendance & Approval AM by KPI)
Health Insurance : Card with premi 150.000
Bpjs Kesehatan & Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan
Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
