Role Overview
As a Program Manager at Rumbia Academy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and delivery of our educational programs. You will be responsible for managing program schedules, resources, and ensuring exceptional quality in content and delivery. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Lead the planning, development, and execution of new and existing courses and bootcamps.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure content quality meets company standards and learner expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructors, content creators, marketing, and operations teams to achieve program objectives.
- Student Experience: Continuously improve the student experience by gathering feedback and implementing enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management within the education or e-learning industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
