Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Manager Luxury Boutique Hotel Ubud Gianyar TerbaruOne of Bali’s luxury boutique hotels (<30 keys) is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is responsible for driving revenue growth across all segments to include rooms, F&B outlets, wellness programs, events, and experiences. The role blends proactive sales strategy with relationship management, ensuring alignment with the company's identity as a regenerative, eco-luxury boutique resort.
Requirements:
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality, boutique resorts, eco-tourism, or regenerative hospitality.
- Strong existing network of luxury travel operators, retreat organisers, and event planners (domestic and international).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets across multiple segments (rooms, F&B, wellness, events).
- Experience negotiating contracts, leading sales presentations, and representing properties at trade shows.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, PMS, OTA platforms, and sales reporting tools.
- Understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, French, German, etc.) are an advantage.
- Deep appreciation for sustainability, culture, and artisanal hospitality.
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a boutique fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
- Storytelling mindset, able to translate property values into compelling proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Rooms, F&B outlets, Wellness, Events, and Experiences.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities including FIT, weddings, retreats, and corporate buyouts.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals ensuring alignment with property positioning and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recommend tactical sales initiatives.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts, luxury tour operators, DMCs, retreat leaders, and influencers.
- Act as the main contact for repeat guests and VIP partners, fostering loyalty and retention.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, sales missions, and networking events.
- Foster strong local community relationships to strengthen brand positioning as a leader in regenerative hospitality.
- Collaborate with Reservations and E-Commerce to drive direct bookings and optimise OTA performance.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue contributions by segment.
- Support Finance with forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotional packages, and special offers to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Partner with the Marketing team to create collateral, digital campaigns, and storytelling materials to support sales efforts.
- Coordinate F&B, Wellness, and Events offers for bundled promotions or seasonal packages.
- Organise and facilitate press visits, influencer stays, and fam trips to boost visibility.
- Lead and mentor the Sales Executive (if applicable) and coordinate with Reservations and Front Office.
- Ensure seamless handover of group/event bookings to operational teams for flawless execution.
- Align sales initiatives with Operations, Marketing, and Guest Experience departments.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager on sales performance and pipeline.
- Track KPIs including revenue growth, ADR, occupancy, direct bookings, proposal conversion, and partner satisfaction.
- Monitor feedback from events, weddings, and retreats to improve future offerings and ensure repeat business.
