Job Description:
- Implement HSSE Goal Zero and operational excellence in the bulk fuel product receipt, storage management & maintenance, road transport delivery.
- Implement behaviour further towards a truly pro-active HSSE culture, ensuring compliance with HSSE framework, Process safety fundamental, standards and legal requirements
- Support Terminal Manager to maintain and skilled in appropriate standards and assurances processes such as terminal onboarding program include competency certification; maritime assurance; permit & licenses renewal; operational assurance process; management of change & permit to work; and road transport assurance that applicable within operational scope.
- Support Terminal Manager to monitor terminal operational expenditure budget, and to manage maintenance budget and track the actuals.
- Support Terminal Manager to maintain internal & external relationships with stakeholders (local authorities, subject matter experts, 3rd parties’ contractors, sales staff, etc).
- Focal point to ensure terminal daily operational readiness on hydrocarbon storage tank management & maintenance; gantry operations - specifically on product quality monitoring; oil gain-loss monitoring; and champion to opportunity of improvement.
- Focal point to initiate the activation of terminal emergency response plans arising out of any depot/terminal emergencies and/or road transport emergencies. Periodically involve in reviewing emergency response plans (including conduct exercises/drills).
- as Shore Officer for tanker loading/discharge at location including all stages of operations: Pre-Arrival Planning and Preparation, Arrival, Discharge and Post-Discharge that covering documentation, coordination, tanker performance review.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP, and other applications.
- University graduate. Preferably an Engineering graduate.
- Minimum 4 years of Supply Chain operations, engineering and HSSE experience, combined with the interpersonal and supervisory skills to manage, influence and synergies the efforts of various work teams.
- Highly knowledgeable with bulk fuel terminal operations and experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Energy industry is a plus.
- Good leadership and people management skills and analytical skills.
- Adept at blending stakeholder’s agendas with operational, technical and HSSE requirements for best enterprise outcomes.
- Able to facilitate/generate solutions and execute efficiently to deliver results
- Well organized, independent and proactive.
