Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Intern Jakarta TerbaruJob Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous internship experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not require
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related documents and reports.

Contract length: 3 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:
