Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Mitra Kurir Motor Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta TerbaruWe are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager with a background in IT or Information Systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Translate user requirements into clear and structured specifications for developers.
- Fulfill documentation requests from clients, including technical and project-related documents.
- Create project flow designs and develop budgeting plans.
- Determine team composition and define realistic project timelines.
- Establish effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project type.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
