In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee well-being and a strong workplace culture.About the role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, working with global markets, mainly the APAC and MEA regions. The team specializes in business roles for EMEA and APAC (Main focus: Dubai, Indonesia, Australia).

Current team: 1 Lead, 5 Recruiters, and 1 Sourcer.Responsibilities: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparations, building and maintaining the pipeline, and hiring top talents.Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, networking, employee referrals, etc.Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.Collect, input, and report on recruitment data and metrics.Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a successful track record of managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.Strong expertise in hiring for non-technical, business-critical roles, such as Sales Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, and Finance.Solid knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing (certification or practical experience is a plus).Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines effectively.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner in identifying and securing top talent.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Full professional proficiency in English.Nice to have: Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (startup or agency background preferred).Exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring, with emphasis on commercial and customer-facing roles that drive revenue and business growth.Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies.What you should expect from us: An award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants) to be proud of.A remote-first hybrid model: while giving plenty of space for concentration and personal working habits, we encourage regular meetings in one of our five hubs worldwide.Culture of genuine care, ownership, dedication, and high standards (learn more here).A vibrant corporate life: enjoy the opportunity to explore your teammates' cultures in online and offline events, participate in sports competitions, enjoy art master classes, and create your new favorite memories at our parties.Creatio offers all team members competitive pay.Paid leave options for life-qualifying events, sicknesses, etc.Nice and modern hub in Jakarta's city center to get acquainted with colleagues or to gain some quiet space for concentration.
