We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our J&J MedTech Surgery team. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about the medical device industry and contribute to the development of marketing strategies that enhance our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaign for Ethicon products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional events.
- Prepare and monitoring product sample to support Commercial team.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyer and digital content.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a local university or a recent fresh graduate with less than 1 year of working experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools ( Adobe, Video Editing, Translation )
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
