Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Technical Support Teknisi Bandung TerbaruWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Live Host & Account Manager to become the face of our brand across digital platforms. This role combines the excitement of live content creation with the challenge of sales and relationship management.
As a Live Host & Account Manager, you will engage audiences through livestreams, build meaningful relationships with prospects and clients, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to business growth. If you enjoy being in front of the camera, connecting with people, and achieving sales targets, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Live Hosting & Audience Engagement
- Host engaging livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Present the company's products, services, promotions, and campaigns in a professional and compelling manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by responding to questions, comments, and inquiries to maximize audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute livestream content strategies and campaigns.
- Create a positive and energetic online presence that strengthens brand awareness and trust.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in creating short-form content and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
Account Management & Sales Development
- Follow up on leads generated through livestreams, social media channels, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and business partners.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and achieve individual revenue and conversion targets.
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and account development activities.
