The Food Sales EJ focus on growing existing merchant performance
Job description :
- Built and maintained strong relationships with Food merchants.
- Provided strategic recommendations to boost merchant performance (menu, pricing, promotions).
- Resolved merchant issues promptly and effectively.
- Encouraged merchant participation in Food promotion and advertising programs to drive online sales.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Minimum education: High school graduate (SMA/equivalent).
2. Based in or willing to work in Ponorogo and Magetan areas.
3. Target-oriented and comfortable with field visits (merchant visits).
4. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
5. Able to operate basic computer tools, especially Google Sheets/spreadsheets for data input and reporting.
6. Experience in account management, sales, or merchant operations is a strong advantage.
7. Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Location
Ponorogo (prefer perbatasan Ponorogo Magetan)
Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 2.722.105
Bpjs Kesehatan & Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan
