“The Modern Balinese Apothecary” – 15 Years of Authentic WellnessWe are searching for a proven B2B wellness/hospitality professional who will build systems to scale a future sales team from our Surabaya office.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Hunt & Close: Full B2B sales cycle – prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing with luxury hotels, villas, resorts, spas, and personal/ corporate clients.
- Brand Champion: Deliver our brand story " Modern Balinese Apothecary" with GMP-certified, bespoke and sustainable products. Show creative ideas
- Fotography, Videography, design, editing is a PLUS VALUE
- System Builder: Create repeatable SOPs, lead trackers, and outreach templates to onboard future reps – this is a foundational role.
- Marketing Engine: Generate social-media content (IG, FB, Tiktok, Youtube dll), kolaboratif, komunikatif, dan memiliki kampanye ide, bekerjasama dengan dokter kecantikan, dept. perindustrian/ dept. pemerintahan yang berhubungan.
KUALIFIKASI ( MUST-HAVE ) :
- Pendidikan Minimal D3/ S1 (marketing/ komunikasi/ public relation/ sejenisnya)
- Pengalaman Minimal 1–2+ tahun B2B sales in wellness, beauty, or hospitality (e.g., spa amenities, hotel supplies)
- Proven hunter – built pipelines from scratch
- System thinker – created trackers, SOPs, or scaled processes (Show us your CRM)
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia + conversational English
- Surabaya based and able to field travel
- Self-starter – no hand-holding, daily updates
