Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Migration Solution Architect, will be responsible for analyzing, crafting and developing migration solutions for the customers, play a key role as a lead solution architect during solution delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for presales and delivery for one of the top tier customers in Indonesia.


You will be responsible for :

Collect requirements and identify, define and build UC, HLD, LLD documents


Define the criteria for rollback and successful migration


Support to Ensure right setup of the project team for Implementation and Verification


Support to Prepare data migration plans in align with overall delivery plan including migration risk, achievements, quality and business sign-off details.


Plan and execution of the incremental Dry-Runs in alignment with program


Reuse existing assets, selection of tools and methodology


Verification of the data migration and meet data quality important metrics


Support to Share progress status reports periodically and execution result of migration (success and error details)


Keeps alignment with PDUs, Build Teams, Architecture Team to communicate data migration requirements and changes


Adapt existing plan according to change management board decision


Support to Define migration test and build strategy


Support to Develop, configure and adapt migration tools


Support to Data migration tool installation


Support to Test case preparation




To be successful in the role you must have

Minimum experience of 7 years in OSS/BSS Domain


University degree in Engineering/ICT or equivalent


Ability to build strong working relationships with both technical and business partners


Experience in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing activities


Phenomenal teammate


Ability to be proactive, acting as a change leader, result oriented


Interest and understanding of new technologies


Understanding of agile ways of working


Understanding of Ericsson Sales Process, Delivery Model and BSS Strategy


Strong communication skills


Customers facing experience


Positive demeanor to problem solving and ability to work within teams to find solutions


Deep Understanding of 5G Technology and 3GPP Standard


Demonstrable experience to work & lead at least 3 data migration project in last 5 years
