Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Customer Service Officer Jakarta Terbaru
- Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels: phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (if applicable).
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Understanding and supporting all 8elements products.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., technical support, product, and marketing).
- Escalating issues effectively to the appropriate departments to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage tickets, and ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Continuously identifying areas for improvement in customer service workflows.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed support.
- Minimum Qualifications: A diploma (D1) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience handling customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
