Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a People Graduate to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their people management skills as they relate to an organisation and build a long term career in HR. During the 2 year programme, you will cover the whole employee lifecycle , including but not limited to; day-to-day HR systems administration, supporting payroll processes. assisting on recruitment from posting jobs to issuing offer letters and contracts, onboarding, carrying out inductions and exit interviews.

Required Competencies

Required Work Experience
- Previous experience working with Human Resources is desirable but not essential
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant or transferable subject (This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis).
Required Languages
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
