Job Title: MEP Engineering at Small Boutique Hotel
Jobdesc:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot MEP systems efficiently.
- Perform minor carpentry tasks and ensure carpentry work is done to a high standard.
- Perform ceramic repair as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Basic carpentry skills with the ability to perform small repairs and installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in both MEP and carpentry tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance issues when necessary.
